One of the founders of Another Day Harm Reduction Shannon Beaulieu began high school as an athlete & straight-A student. As an IV user, she was 18 when she fell prey to the opioid epidemic. By the age of 23, she had been successful in her sobriety, & she now devotes her time to advocating for harm reduction & real solutions to the current homelessness & opioid epidemic. She holds the title of CRSW & takes great pride in her work with the homeless.
Sierra Evans, who serves as Vice President, is also in charge of marketing management & social media. Shortly before their daughter Hope was born, Sierra's partner Kyle tragically lost his life unexpectedly from a heart problem. Sierra is determined to embrace a new outlook on life & committed herself to minimize the negative effects of the opioid crisis while maintaining her own recovery.

Our Executive Coordinator, Jaime Young was saved by harm reduction when they were administered 2 x doses of Narcan at the age of 20 years old. Unfortunately, their partner at the time wasn’t able to be revived which is what drives their passion for harm reduction. Jaime says “I’ve learned that while you can’t save anybody or make them quit using, you can give them the tools to reduce harm to themselves as much as possible while they’re still using.”
